Delivery & Returns

Oval End picnic bench designed in response to a request for a picnic table that would give greater access for wheel chair users. The oval end detail improves the look of the table and maximizes table top area by increasing the length by 12".

Dimensions:

Overall Width from seat to seat 60" Table top height 30" Length 4' to 8'

Please note because of the weight and size of this Picnic Bench it will arrive part assembled.

It is very simple to put together and should take no longer than 15 minutes.

Delivery Info

All our furniture and bridges are manufactured and dispatched from our own workshop. We are now quoting roughly 2 weeks delivery time from receipt of order, however at peak times this may be slightly longer. All of our prices include delivery, and we will contact you regarding your delivery once it is ready to be despatched from our workshop.

Please note we do use an outside courier for our deliveries and they will only deliver to your door.

We are unable to book specific delivery days as all deliveries are booked onto a delivery round.

Please make sure upon delivery you have all of your consignments, if you are missing any for any reason please contact us within 5 days as after this time we are unable to take responsibility for any parcels that have failed to be delivered.

 

Returning a Product

At Tony Ward Garden Furniture we take every effort to ensure all products are dispatched to customers in perfect condition and without any faults. However if on receiving your item/s they are either unwanted, faulty or incorrect then please follow the information below.

PLEASE NOTE BESPOKE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED.

 

Unwanted Items

If you buy an item from Tony Ward and find that on delivery you no longer want it or you have incorrectly ordered you can return it providing that the product is unused and in the condition that it arrived in, including any packaging. However, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery time.

We will arrange for the goods to be collected and returned to us and once received back to ourselves, we will refund the cost of the item/s excluding the original delivery cost and collection/return costs.

If payment was made via Paypal all refunds will be made minus any fees we have incurred on your origional order.

PLEASE NOT BESPOKE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED. 

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make arrangements to rectify the situation.

We will arrange a collection and on delivery back to ourselves will refund or replace your order.

Please note after this time we are unable to offer this service.

All items will be returned to our workshop at : Tony Ward Garden Furniture.
